Thomas Billings

Mr. Billings co-founded Billings Capital Management, LLC (BCM) with his two partners in February of 2008. BCM manages the investments of our sponsored investment partnerships. The partnerships invest primarily in U.S. listed public equity securities, employing a concentrated, value-oriented strategy. The principal objective of the partnerships is to generate annual returns that significantly beat the S&P 500 over time. Mr. Billings’ ongoing responsibilities include portfolio management, fundamental analysis and risk management. Prior to starting the firm in 2008, Mr. Billings worked in the Institutional Brokerage division at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. (FBR). Mr. Billings received a BS in Finance and Economics from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Mr. Billings is married with three children, a five year old daughter, a three year old son, and a two old daughter. He lives in Bethesda, MD.
