Thomas Costantino

 Thomas V. Costantino serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Five States Energy Company, LLC and its affiliate, Five States Energy Capital, LLC. Mr. Costantino holds a BS degree in Economics and a MBA, both from the University of Maryland at College Park. Mr. Costantino was Chief Investment Officer with EIV Capital Fund, LP, a Houston, Texas based private equity fund which invested primarily in mid-stream assets of the energy sector. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of AAA Capital Management Company, a $2 billion energy hedge fund, Petrocom Energy Group, LLC and Petrocom Ventures, Ltd., which are energy focused trading companies. He has also managed trading desks in crude oil, refined products, energy futures and options at Enron Oil Trading and Transportation (EOTT), Unocal and Shell Oil. From 1995 to 2001 Mr. Costantino served on the Board of Directors of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) where he chaired advisory committees for crude oil and refined product futures, energy options and long range planning.
