Jonathan Feldman

Jonathan Feldman is the founding principal and chief executive officer of Patriot Exploration Co., Inc. and Millennium Drilling Co., Inc., companies actively engaged in energy exploration, development and contract drilling. Patriot Exploration has strategic relationships with operating energy companies and prospect generators, through which it provides a high quality drilling programs otherwise unavailable to individual investors. On behalf of its investors, Patriot Exploration has co-invested with some the world’s largest energy companies. Millennium Drilling is the contract driller for Patriot Exploration and intends to manage drilling operations on behalf of Partnerships. Mr. Feldman has extensive experience with debt and equity capital structures, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and taxation, having acquired, developed, managed and negotiated the disposition of assets totaling more than $400 million. These assets include residential and commercial real estate, oil and gas reserves, operating businesses and securities portfolios. Mr. Feldman is married and resides in Greenwich, CT.
