Anurag Bhargava

Anurag Bhargava is a co-founder and the Managing Director of IREO. He is also a co-founder of El Dorado. Prior to IREO, Mr. Bhargava was a Principal and Head of Private Equity for MSD Capital (the private investment firm for Michael Dell and his family) from 1999-2003, where he deployed and managed a highly successful portfolio of private equity investments. He had earlier co-founded and co-managed The Levin Group, LP, a financial advisory and investment firm, and helped establish Situs I, LP, an investment fund with a concentrated portfolio approach and multi-sector strategy. Mr. Bhargava began his career with Wasserstein Perella & Co., New York, where he worked with the Merchant Banking Group on principal transactions and on domestic and international advisory assignments. Mr. Bhargava has served on several boards, including AMN Healthcare, Campus Hub and Tabletop Holdings. He completed the dual-degree Management and Technology program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and a B.S. from the Moore School of Engineering and Applied Science.
