Hock Eng Chan

Mr. Chan Hock Eng is a Partner and Director of CM Investment Advisers Pte. Ltd. ("CMIA"). Mr. Chan was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Esmart Holdings Limited ("Esmart"), a public-listed company on the Singapore Exchange, pricipally involved in the design and distribution of electronic components and modules, with 10 offices throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Chan was a founding member of and instrumental in Esmart's successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Singapore Exchange in 2003. Prior to Esmart, Mr. Chan was Area Sales Manager for Zilog Inc., a US semiconductor company. Mr. Chan brings the business management and operating experience that is necessary for a better understanding and working relationship with the companies we invest in. Mr. Chan has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) degree from the National University of Singapore.
