Timothy Brog is Manager of Pembridge Value Opportunity Fund, which is a private investment fund that invests in "deep value" situations and then applies an activist approach. Mr. Brog is also Founder and Managing Director of The Edward Andrews Group Inc., a boutique investment bank that specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and raising debt and equity capital for middle market and developing stage companies. Prior to these positions, Mr. Brog was Founder and Portfolio Manager of V Investment Partners II LLC from 2001-2003; from 1989 to 1995, he was a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and from 1987-1988, he was an Analyst in mergers and Acquisitions at Kidder, Peabody & Company. Mr. Brag received his B.A. degree in Political Science at Tufts University and his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law.
