Mr. Bookman joined Somerset in 1994 with a broad background in residential and commercial properties. His experience is in acquisition, financing, disposition, development, non-performing assets and workouts. Mr. Bookman has been involved in the development of multi-family residential properties valued at $100 Million. Additionally, he has managed all phases of the development process, including the origination of development opportunities, planning, regulatory review, zoning and financing.
