Christopher D. Brady, Chairman of Chart, which he founded in 1994. Mr. Brady is a Director of Bitrage Inc., Chart Capital Partners, L.P. and Hibernia Capital Partners, L.P. From 1981 to 1993, he worked in the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Departments of Lehman Brothers and Dillon Read. He earned his B.A. from Middlebury College and his M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
