Russel S. Bernard is Managing Pincipal at Westport Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Bernard brings over 22 years of real estate management and investment experience. Most recently,Mr. Bernard spent 10 years at Oaktree Capital Management where he oversaw over $2 billion of real estate investments. Previously, Mr. Bernard was Portfolio manager of The Distressed Mortgage Fund at Trust Company of the West (TCW). Mr. Bernard was also real estate portfolio manager at Win Properties, Inc. (a national real estate investment company). He has held positions at Time Equities, Inc. (a real estate company) and was an accountant at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Bernard holds a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University
