Stephen H. Willard is Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and a Member of the Board of Directors of Flamel Technologies, S.A. Mr. Willard has been with the Company since July 2000. Prior to that, he was an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston and a lawyer with Shearman & Sterling. Mr. Willard also served as Associate Director of the FDIC from 1991-1993, with responsibility for the sale of large troubled banks for the U.S. government. He graduated from Williams College and Yale Law School.
