Martin LeBlanc
Martin LeBlanc has 10-plus years of experience on our Tax team devoted to private company services. As part of his duties, he advises companies on corporate restructuring and the buying and selling of businesses. He also has extensive experience in personal, financial and estate planning for wealthy individuals and executives of private and public companies, and he provides advisory services on executive compensation.Martin is extremely involved within the firm in terms of knowledge transfer and has participated in and organized many training sessions on the various issues affecting services to private companies as well as advisory services to private clients. He is also a past member of our national committee tasked with developing tax strategies for individuals and Canadian corporations.Martin obtained a B.B.A from Université Laval in 1995, a master’s degree in tax from Université de Sherbrooke in 1997, and a Certified General Accountant designation in 2001. He is a member of the Association de planification fiscale et financière.
