Bill Podd
Bill Podd is the founder, president and CEO of Landmark Capital, a boutique investment bank, established in 1993. He specializes in advising and securing capital for early-stage companies. Landmark Capital has placed capital for companies across an array of sectors including information technology, internet infrastructure, software, biotech, life sciences, health services, e-commerce, telecom and industrial and consumer products industries.His career has included roles as both a corporate finance banker and corporate finance lawyer. While at the law firm Kramer Levin he headed the debt analysis group that helped structure the Hurwitz’s acquisition of Kaiser Aluminum. At Lehman Brothers he specialized in municipal and corporate finance. He obtained an AB degree, Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from the University of Virginia.
