Bruce Ritter
Bruce N. Ritter has extensive experience in the commodities industry. Prior to forming Yannix Management LP, Mr. Ritter was employed at Louis Dreyfus Corporation (“Dreyfus”) as Executive Vice President, where he successfully managed a proprietary hedge fund which launched in 2003. Prior to that time, he was responsible for the North American Agricultural Commodity Group of Dreyfus. Mr. Ritter originally joined Dreyfus in 1973, where he served in various commodity merchandising positions in North America and Europe, leading up to his position as Senior Vice President with responsibility for the North American Grain Division. In 1988, he formed the Ritter Fund, an independent commodity trading advisor. From 1989 to 1991, he was employed as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the J. Aron Division, where he was responsible for the development of a grain trading division. He is a 1972 graduate of Oregon State University with a BS in Economics.
