Gregg Winter is the Founder and Managing Partner of W Financial Fund, LP, a six year old commercial real estate bridge loan fund, and the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Winter & Company Commercial Real Estate Finance, a New York commercial mortgage brokerage firm he founded in 1989. Mr. Winter has extensive experience both arranging and providing loans for commercial and multifamily real estate transactions nationwide.W Financial Fund, LP was launched in 2003 to address the need and the opportunity in the marketplace in providing special situation, direct private real estate bridge loans. The Fund sources, originates and services a diversified loan portfolio primarily comprised of short-term, special situation first mortgage bridge loans providing quarterly distributions to dozens of accredited high net worth investors.
