Overview
TIGER 21 is the nation’s premier peer-to-peer learning group for high-net-worth investors. We help members build the skill set to successfully transition from focused entrepreneurs to disciplined managers of wealth. Participating in professionally-facilitated, 10-12 person groups, our members meet monthly to harness the varied expertise and collective intelligence of their peers in high-energy, day-long sessions.
Our diverse membership comes from a variety of professional and personal backgrounds and shares an entrepreneurial spirit and desire for intellectual challenge. All have a minimum of $10 million in assets to invest. Some have created, built and sold their own businesses. Others have risen through the corporate ranks, including Wall Street firms, investment managers or attorneys, to exit at the top of their professions. Collectively, our 155 members currently manage approximately $10 billion in assets.
Our Presenter Program introduces members to a wide variety of eminent investors, money managers and Wall Street chieftains, as well as leading authors and experts from beyond the world of finance.
In an atmosphere of complete confidentiality, our members learn about investments and engage in candid discussions about a wide range of issues relevant to high-net-worth individuals. They enhance their expertise via active collaboration with peers, participate in portfolio defense sessions, challenge themselves to better investment decisions, and along the way build fulfilling business and personal relationships in a community of like-minded individuals.
Founded in 1999 by Michael Sonnenfeldt and Richard Lavin, TIGER 21 is headquartered in New York City and has expanded to chapters in California - San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and Florida - Palm Beach and Miami. We recently opened our latest group in Dallas.
