Group Organization
Our groups are comprised of 10 to 12 members, diverse in terms of age, prior business experience and net worth. (The value of a members’ portfolio is at no less then $10 million.) A professional facilitator, who has managed leadership groups or senior management teams, chairs each group. The facilitator’s role is to create an environment of cooperation and manage a core curriculum complemented by guest presenters, portfolio defense sessions, and ongoing consideration of direct investment opportunities.
Groups meet for a full day each month, 11 times a year. Each group develops independently under the leadership of the facilitator and founding members. Today, there are ten Groups being hosted at the TIGER 21 Townhouse in New York City. In addition to our New York City Groups, we have four Groups in California; two Groups in San Francisco, one in Los Angeles and another in San Diego. In Southern Florida we have Groups in Palm Beach and Miami. TIGER 21 has recently expanded into Texas and we now have a Group formed in Dallas. Our future plans include opening Groups in Boca Raton, Chicago and Orange County. Members fly in from around the country and around the world to attend their groups’ monthly meetings. Occasionally, members participate in sessions by telephone or via “live streaming” video if they cannot be present in person.
