Prior to joining W.P. Stewart in 1993, Mr. Altman served as a Vice President, and as an equity analyst following the electrical equipment and the major appliance industries for Goldman Sachs & Company. Mr. Altman was ranked the number one electrical equipment analyst for six consecutive years in the Institutional Investor magazine poll. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of AIMR. Mr. Altman received a B. Comm. degree from McGill University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Texas.
